SLC-F series slitter rewinder machine is designed to slit and rewind plastic film rolls and laminating rolls material for flexible packaging industry.It is an important tools for making food,medical,daily products plastic pouches bags. The good tension control system and perfect mechanical structure ensure machine running with stable high speed and nice cutting results. Stable tension level finished rolls will stable feed in the pouches bags making machine.
Usage
SLC-F series slitting rewining machine is used to process after printing plastic film roll,laminating foils rolls(flexo printing or rotogravure printing).Noramally,printing machine don't have good rewinding tension system. And prinitng machcine will print multi-rows pattern at same time. So manufacturers will use slitter rewinder machine to cut wide roll into small width rolls for making plastic pouches bags.The model machine not only can cut bopp,pvc,cpp,opp,pe ployester plastic film rolls,but also can cut plastic film laminating with aluminum foil,paper laminating with aluminum foil and multi-layers material laminating rolls.

7.The razor slitting knife is set in a position that is very convenient for the operator to adjust.

Unwinder stand adopt shaft-less type with chucks to easily pick up raw material rolls. Arms are controlled by hydraulich station to move up/down and right/left.
EPC web guider system: Machine adopt CCD photocell type sensor which can follow web edge and printing line to adjust unwinding roll position. There are two web guider controller panel in the machne(front and back for operator easily adjusting)
Slitting knife unit is installed in the front of machne(close to rewinder shaft). There is ruler in the razor blade holder for setting slittting width.Operators just need stand in the rewinder shaft side to use hand to adjust slitting blade. The structure is very conforable for operators.
Rewinder shaft is differential friction shaft. All slipping rings adopt high quality alloy steel as raw material and are processed by high precision CNC machine. Central bar of rewinding shaft also adopt big diameter and strong steel as raw material.
