The machine can slit paper jumbo roll into 30mm width narrow rolls which can use to make all size paper cups bottom and paper bags handle. The rewinder diameter can be up to 1200mm. The finished rolls diameter can reach all paper bags making machine and paper cups making machine loading rolls diameter limit. So operators can reduce rolls changing times. Feature:
1. The machine body adopt 40mm thickness high quality steel plate.This ensures that the machine avoids shaking when running at high speed, thereby improving the accuracy of paper rolls slitting.
2. The machine has three servo motors, which are used for the transmission of materials and the winding after slitting.
3. SIEMENS PLC,it have an intelligent operating program system with many function,automatic counting meter,automatic stop as setting winding meters,emergence stop and so on.
4. Automatic tension control. The machine can automatically measure the diameter of the mother roll and automatically adjust the output tension.
5. Hydraulic lifter unwinding structure make the jumbo rolls loading more easily and save labor.
6. The finished rolls will automatically unload to the ground.

1.Knife Lifte Time: This is mechanical round slitting knife. These knives made by SKD-11 high speed steel material. The knife life-time can be more than 5 years. But the upper knife blade shoud be sharpen or change per 8-12 months(depend on paper roll thichness and intensity of work)
2.Slitting Width Adjustment:Our the model machine is friendly to change slitting knives. Operators can easily load and unload knife to the knife shaft.

Web Guider System: The system also be called edge postion control system. The system include edge detecting sensor,control panel and driver motor.
