Feature:
1.The main body part of the machine adopts steel plate structure. This provides stability and helps in maintaining the machine's performance during operation, ensuring the precision of functions like rewinding and cutting.
2.The whole machine adopts servo motor to control feeding and the rewinding shaft. This enables accurate control of the material movement and rewinding process, contributing to the overall efficiency and precision of the machine.
3.The machine is centrally controlled by PLC with a touch screen human-machine interface. It has functions like automatic meter counting, automatic cutting, and free setting of stopping time. This allows for easy operation and customization of the rewinding process according to specific requirements.
4.Automatic tension control is achieved. In the unwinding section, tension is controlled by magnetic powder tension and automatically adjusted by PLC calculating the roll diameter. In the rewinding section, PLC also calculates to realize the taper increment of tension. This makes the tension control of the material film more scientific and precise throughout the process.
5.The unwinding section has a Siamese unwind frame with air cylinder loading. This structure makes it easy and labor-saving to load materials, facilitating the operation when dealing with medium and heavy material shafts.
6.The cutting type is adopting rodless cylinder to cut automatically. The rodless cylinder is controlled by the computer and cuts the material when it reaches the set meters, with the cutting time freely settable.
