The SLA series paper roll slitter rewinder machine is an ideal equipment to cut kraft paper,cardboard paper,coated silion paper,mg paper for food packaging industry. After developing more than 10 years,this model machine reach to stable performace and have functions to paper cups,paper bags,food wrappers rolls converting requirements. The machine can slit paper jumbo roll into 30mm width narrow rolls which can use to make all size paper cups bottom and paper bags handle. The rewinder diameter can be up to 1200mm. The finished rolls diameter can reach all paper bags making machine and paper cups making machine loading rolls diameter limit.  So operators can reduce rolls changing times. The paper slitting rewinding machine can help you improve productivity.

Feature:

1. The machine body adopt 40mm thickness high quality steel plate.This ensures that the machine avoids shaking when running at high speed, thereby improving the accuracy of paper rolls slitting.
2. The machine has three servo motors, which are used for the transmission of materials and the winding after slitting.
3. SIEMENS PLC,it have an intelligent operating program system with many function,automatic counting meter,automatic stop as setting winding meters,emergence stop and so on.
4. Automatic tension control. The machine can automatically measure the diameter of the mother roll and automatically adjust the output tension.
5. Hydraulic lifter unwinding structure make the jumbo rolls loading more easily and save labor.
6. The finished rolls will automatically unload to the ground.
7. The web guider system automatic detect the web edge and adjust position,which can improve the accuracy.
8. Slitting knife installing in the backside of machine,the design makes it more convenient to adjust the knife.

1.Knife Lifte Time: This is mechanical round slitting knife. These knives made by SKD-11 high speed steel material. The knife life-time can be more than 5 years. But the upper knife blade shoud be sharpen or change per 8-12 months(depend on paper roll thichness and intensity of work)
2.Slitting Width Adjustment:Our the model machine is friendly to change slitting knives. Operators can easily load and unload knife to the knife shaft. 
3.Semi-automatic Knife Positioning System: We developed an economic system to position slitting knives to get width. The system can help you save much time to change slitting width and improve production speed.
 

Web Guider System: The system also be called edge postion control system. The system include edge detecting sensor,control panel and driver motor. The system can automatic adjust paper roll edge positon to correct position. The system can improve the edge cutting quality and reduce edge trimming waste 

Paper Roll Unwinder Stand: We have two type unwinder stand,hydraulic control shaft-less unwinder stand and pneumatic expaning shaft unwinder stand. The shaft-less type can easily pich up paper jumbo roll from the gournd.
