It not only can cut general paper roll,also work on the laminated and coated paper rolls material for printing and packaging products manufacturing.
Feature:
1. The machine body adopt 40mm thickness high quality steel plate.This ensures that the machine avoids shaking when running at high speed, thereby improving the accuracy of paper rolls slitting.
2. The machine has three servo motors, which are used for the transmission of materials and the winding after slitting.
3. SIEMENS PLC,it have an intelligent operating program system with many function,automatic counting meter,automatic stop as setting winding meters,emergence stop and so on.
4. Automatic tension control. The machine can automatically measure the diameter of the mother roll and automatically adjust the output tension.
5. Hydraulic lifter unwinding structure make the jumbo rolls loading more easily and save labor.
6. The finished rolls will automatically unload to the ground.
7. The web guider system automatic detect the web edge and adjust position,which can improve the accuracy.
8. Slitting knife installing in the backside of machine,the design makes it more convenient to adjust the knife.

Slitting Knife System:
The slitting knife system include upper knife shaft,bottom knife shaft,upper knife and bottom knife. Bottom knife shaft is drived by timing belt. Upper knife shaft and bottom knife shaft are connected by nylon gears. Our slitting knife adopt SKD material which has more hardness and long lifetime perfromance.The minim slitting width is 25-30mm. Slitting width setting method is manual adjusting. We also have full automatic and semi-automatic setting options. And we provide pneumatic control slitting knife as options.
Unwinder Stand:
Binbao machinery all slitting and rewinding machine adopt two types unwinder stand,hydraulic shaft-less and pneumatic expanding shaft. In the right side picture,it is shaft-less unwinder stand. This type unwinder stand has hydraulic control system and easy load paper jumbo roll in the stand.
Web Guider System:
Web guider system be knew as EPC system which is used to control slitting machine processing material edge position. The system can improve slitter rewinder machine cuttinng precision. There are three types sensor,ultrasonic,infrared,photo eyes. Different mateial require different types sensors.
Rewinder System:
SLA model paper slitter rewinder machine has two rewinder shafts(upper and down). Rewinder shaft adopt heavy duty type pneumatic expading shafts.
Automatic Unloading System:
The SLA model slitter rwinder machine can process maximum diameter up to 1000mm. They are heavy duty paper rolls. We design a lifter whichn can lift rewinding shaft and finished rolls to the ground. The fuction make unloading operation easily.
Mimimum slitting width:
